Evaluating Sales Channels, Developing Your Channel Strategy

These programs identify the importance of designing the sales distribution channel in a manner that optimizes the ability of the company to profitably reach its customers and markets.  They cover all aspects of channel strategy development, planning, implementation, and support. 

The programs have three tracks; one for those relatively inexperienced in developing and implementing channels, one for very experienced organizations who need to sharpen and tune their approaches, and one that can be offered as a value add support program to the partners themselves.
